The Baby Toys You Need To Have

Posted on August 03, 2015 by Lubica Misevski

If there is one thing near and dear to our heart, it is baby toys.

When we first started KidzInc one of the key motivators was our first child. We wanted to buy her toys like any parent, but we also wanted to develop her mind at the same time.

We were unsure what baby toys would do this, and even how to begin. It seemed there were not a lot of high-quality baby toys on the market, and they were hard to find.

Starting a toy store certainly solved this issue for us :). But in all seriousness we understand why finding the best baby toys you can for your child is close to your heart.

So today we have put together not just a collection of baby toys, but a collection of baby toys that are high quality. They will support your babies development in all aspects. Including social, spatial, motor skills fine and major, and cognitive development.

The development we saw in our daughter using some of these toys, and now in our son have been amazing.

We know that every single parent want to develop their baby. So without further ado, here is a list of baby toys we feel you should know about.

First off the rank for baby toys is one of our personal favourites, the Tobbles Neo by Fat Brain Toys. Winner of the prestige 2013 Toy of the Year – Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair, and many other awards. The Tobbles Neo is wonderful for building fine motor skills, co-ordination and spatial awareness.

The bright colours and fun stacking options, make this a wonderful toy for baby while developing critical skills at an early age. They build in a variety of ways, meaning the biggest piece does not always need to be at the bottom. A lot like there are many answers to one problem.

The design is unique, and they are very tactile and easy for baby to grab hold and play with. As far as baby toys go, we believe this one is a must-have for any parent.

Included in our must-have baby toys collections is a soft book. Where would a baby be without a book :)?
The Galt Giant Soft Book makes books fun for Baby. It is an 8-page book with crinkle wings, furry body, shiny wings, patterned spots, peep-o leaf, squeaky petal, dotty shell and s sun mirror. Most importantly Machine washable.

Where would a baby toys collections be without a walker? The Hape Little Rider is one of our favourites. Winner of the toy of the year 2014 in Finland, it has soft rubber handles, rounded edges and even a storage compartment for baby toys.

The other wonderful aspect is that when baby gets tired, baby can ride it. This is a great baby, Walker.

Another classic in our collection of baby toys is the Hape Book Wood at the Zoo. With colourful coloured pages, made with non-toxic paints it is a great option for a baby book.
