Delivery Policy 

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from KidzInc containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

The cost for shipping is $14.99 for most orders under $400 * within Australia (excluding Western Australia and Northern Territory) and FREE SHIPPING (regular post) for orders over $400 in Australia (excluding Western Australia and Northern Territory).

You do have the option to purchase insurance for your parcel and we also offer a premium Express Post option too. 

For Australian orders, we will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post either on the same day or within 1 to 5 working days (excluding the weekends).

During peak Christmas time we will endeavour to do our best to send your parcel within this time frame. But it might take a little longer and we apologise in advance.

The number of days it takes to reach your destination depends on the Australia Post/Courier network and this is additional to our processing timeframe of 1 to 5 business days.

For items that are on pre-order, we will have this noted in the description and/or product name. We will send these items to you as soon as the shipment arrives. Please feel free to send us an email to orders@kidzinc.com.au if you would like an estimate delivery timeframe. Also, we suggest you place a separate order for the pre-order item/s as you order will be despatched together. 

However if goods are not in stock or damaged we may need to source these from our Supplier which is a relatively quick process. In this event, we will contact you via email to let you know when the goods will be sent.

We have over 3,000 products and to offer our Customers the best educational toys on the market, we carry most items in stock but sometime we may need to source the toys from our Suppliers which is a relatively quick process. Customer Service is one of our key focusses at KidzInc, and we endeavour to send your order within a reasonable timeframe for the items that may not be in stock.

Freight Insurance

We do not accept responsibility for goods after they have been dispatched so we strongly advise our customers to purchase insurance which is an additional cost.

There is a delivery option at the checkout with the insurance included in the delivery fee. 

We take extra care when packing your parcel and we do not ever send out opened or damaged products. We have a very strict quality control process inspecting every item before it is despatched to you. We also package your order with care to ensure it gets to you safely. 

If you receive a damaged item this would have occurred in transit. Please note KidzInc does not accept responsibility for transit damage to any product. 

If your parcel is damaged, lost, or stolen in transit and you have purchased insurance with shipping, the parcel is insured by Australia Post or the Courier Company and not by KidzInc.  The final decision relating to an insurance claim is decided by the freight company and not by KidzInc. KidzInc is NOT liable to pay any compensation for loss or damaged incurred by Australia Post or any other Freight Company.
