If you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange any full priced product provided it is unopened and in perfect condition. Need to Return Something?

We are more than happy to help. If you have looked at our reviews you will see that customer service is at the core of everything we do. So when can you return? Well you can return anytime within 14 days of the date of purchase, and we will give you a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) if the items are not damaged. 
 
Simply send us a email, pop the item in the mail and we will handle the rest. You are responsible for returning the item/s to us including postage fees and packaging material if you haven't used our parcels/bubble wrap.
 
Obviously the goods returned need to be in the same original condition as when we shipped them, unopened and not damaged. And packed for a safe return by recycling the packaging we sent your order in or if you need to purchase any bubble wrap this is at your own expense. If they are received back in our warehouse in an unsalable condition the return may not be processed.  
 
For any item where we included free delivery, this will be deducted off the purchase price prior to refund.
 
We check all of our items prior to shipping them to you, and if you ever receive anything that is damaged in transit please let us know straight away.
