Magna-Tiles Competition Terms and Conditions

KidzInc Magna-Tiles Build Competition  ·  23 – 31 May 2026

1.  Promoter

KidzInc, 187 Avenue Road, Mosman NSW 2088 ("KidzInc"). Website: kidzinc.com.au

2.  Promotion period

The competition opens at 9am on Saturday 23 May 2026 and closes at 4pm on Sunday 31 May 2026. Entries submitted outside this window will not be accepted.

3.  Eligibility

Entry is open to NSW residents. Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over on behalf of a child aged 16 or under. KidzInc staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4.  How to enter

To enter, during the promotion period:

(a)  Visit KidzInc at 187 Avenue Road, Mosman NSW 2088.

(b)  Have the entrant build a creation on the in-store Magna-Tiles play table.

(c)  Take a photo of the completed build.

(d)  Scan the QR code displayed in-store and complete the entry form, including the build photo and parent or guardian contact details.

5.  Entry limits

One entry per child. Where multiple children from the same family enter, each child may submit one entry. KidzInc reserves the right to disqualify duplicate or fraudulent entries.

6.  Bonus entries

Entrants can earn additional entries in the prize draw through the following mechanics:

(a)  Refer a friend — One (1) additional entry will be granted if another family submits a valid entry that includes the original entrant's email address in the "refer-a-friend" field of the entry form.

(b)  Social sharing — One (1) additional entry will be granted for each social media post during the promotion period that features the entrant's build photo, tags @kidzinc, and uses the hashtag #KidzIncBuilds. Posts must remain public for the duration of the promotion to count. Maximum two (2) social-sharing bonus entries per entrant (one per platform).

Combined cap: no more than three (3) bonus entries per entrant via the above mechanics combined.

7.  Prize

Three (3) Magna-Tiles prize packs will be awarded — one per winner. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted. Total prize pool value approximately $[total value].

8.  Winner selection

Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries at KidzInc, 187 Avenue Road Mosman, on Tuesday 2 June 2026.

9.  Winner notification & collection

Winners will be notified by email and announced publicly on KidzInc's social media and email channels on Wednesday 3 June 2026. Prizes must be collected from KidzInc within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or fails to collect the prize within this period, KidzInc reserves the right to redraw.

10.  Photos & use of content

By entering, the parent or guardian grants KidzInc permission to publish the build photo, the child's first name (or initials, on request), and the suburb of residence on KidzInc's social media, email newsletters, and in-store displays for promotional purposes. To opt out, please untick the relevant box on the entry form or contact KidzInc directly. KidzInc reserves the right not to publish or display any entry it considers inappropriate.

11.  Privacy

Personal information collected through the entry form (parent or guardian name, email address, child's first name and age) is held by KidzInc and used only for the administration of this competition and, where opted in, for KidzInc marketing communications. KidzInc will not share entrants' personal information with third parties. Entrants may request access to or deletion of their information at any time by contacting KidzInc at the address above.

12.  General

KidzInc reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms. KidzInc reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion in extraordinary circumstances. KidzInc's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering, the parent or guardian agrees on behalf of the child to be bound by these terms.
